Human Data Access Request (DAR)

In order for investigators to gain access to controlled data (all individual-level phenotypic and genotypic data) within FaceBase, a Data Access Request (DAR) form must be submitted. All DARs must be submitted to the FaceBase Data Access Committee (DAC), who will review each request on a case-by-case basis. Following review, the FaceBase DAC will make a recommendation to allow or deny access. Investigators denied access will have the opportunity to amend their request and resubmit at the DAC’s discretion.
