Using seqFISH, MERFISH, Visium HD, and Stereo-seq, this resource maps anatomical structure-specific expression for development- and disease-associated genes — accessible through an intuitive interface with interactive visualization. Our multi-channel viewer allows for simultaneous vizualization of whole gene panels.
